The cashier said one man armed with a parang went to the shop and snatched two mobile phones from customers while another man also armed with a parang forcefully removed the cash register. They fled the scene in a blue Proton Iriz .
Cha said the robber has a record for 11 criminal offences and three drug-related offences.
